Print removal from glass is a breeze --- Particularly with this cooling fan. I don't know if this is something new or just new to me. I print PLA on glass with the bed temperature at 70° for maximum adhesion. The drawback is the bed temp must cool to at least 35° before it releases. My bed is insulated and normally takes 25 minutes to cool to that temperature. With the cooling fan the cool down is reduced to 11 minutes. This design utilizes some parts and a remix of RichRap,s Universal directional 80mm Fan mount to mount the fan box.
