Heated bed calibration

I use this tool for RigidBot heated bed calibration. Precondition: Use the "Heated Bed Spring Fitting" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:515186/#files) to ensure that dimension and distance are equal. The procedure is as follows: 1.) Shut down the printer. 2.) Manually raise the Z-axis. 3.) Place the Z_axis_distance part on both sides, just like shown in the first picture. 4.) Lower the Z-axis until the gantry touches the Z_axis_distance part. 5.) Tighten all four heated bed screws so they're perfectly level with the build plate. 6.) Adjust the heated bed screws so that the Heated_bed_distance part fits snugly between the heated bed and steel rod (about 22mm apart). 7.) Repeat step 6 for each of the heated bed's corners. 8.) Go back to step 6 several times until the Heated_bed_distance part fits perfectly in all four corners. 9.) Secure each screw with its corresponding nut. 10.) Turn on the printer. 11.) Lower the Z-axis slowly. 12.) Adjust the Z-axis switch until the distance between the nozzle and heated bed meets your requirements.
