Wanhao Duplicator i3 v1.0 - Use Heatbed_Strain_Relief_1-6.STL, Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2.0 & v2.1 - Use Heatbed_Strain_Relief_V2_1-2.STL. The large movement of wires soldered to the heatbed can lead to degradation and breakage over time. This strain relief should significantly reduce wire movement at solder joints, extending the life of the wires connected to the heatbed. Print in PET-G or ABS; DO NOT USE PLA AS IT WILL FAIL TO HANDLE TEMPERATURE! Depending on your printer settings, you may need to clean up the gap with a file. Additional items required: 1 M3 screw (10mm minimum length, 18mm maximum), 1 M3 lock nut, and 1 zip tie. IMPORTANT: Since various filaments have different temperatures when they start to deform, it is crucial to verify that the strain relief does not deform over time. If it does, remove it; you will be better off without this item until you have a filament compatible with the heatbed's temperatures.
