To minimize heatbed or glass movement against the driven carriage, stop it. Print four off each part and place the original spring inside. Hopefully, with this increased footprint, you should be able to print a little faster without ghosting effects caused by movement between the carriage and the heatbed or glass platform on unsupported springs.
