Ensure the leads from the printer control board are connected following the polarity shown in the diagram. A heated bed is indifferent to polarity, but the relay control board is not and will malfunction if connected incorrectly. 4 x M3 screws between 12-18mm required for assembly or possibly some rubber bands.
