Parts: Thick cork mat (thickness: 6mm): https://www.castorama.pl/produkty/wykonczenie/tapety-i-wykonczenie-powierzchni/artykuly-korkowe/plyta-korkowa-6-mm.html Thin cork place mat: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/textiles-rugs/table-linen/avskild-place-mat-cork-art-40281654/ Large binder clips (Length: 2 inches, 51 mm): https://www.amazon.com/ACCO-Binder-Clips-Large-72100/dp/B002VD6BLG/ Glass on heatbed attached by small binder clip 4x screw M3 30 mm Tools: Sharp knife Driller-driver Drill bits: 3 mm, 7 mm, 9 mm The ruler and pen Process: Print four parts (two without holes, one with a hole on the left, and one with a hole on the right). These holes are for wires. Use a driller-driver and a 3mm bit to improve horizontal holes in the printed parts. Screw everything together using M3 screws that are 30 mm long. Cut two squares, each measuring 24.8 mm, from a 6mm cork mat. Cut two more squares, also 24.8 mm in size, from a thin cork mat. In one of the thin cork mats, cut holes for small binder clips and wires below the table (as seen in the picture). Place three layers of cork mat into the printed parts. At the bottom, put the thick cork mat, followed by two thin ones. Use a driller-driver and a 9mm bit to make holes in the cork for bed springs. Next, use a 7mm bit to make a hole in the cork for bed wires. In the second thick cork mat, cut a square that is 22 mm on each side (located in the middle). Attach the heatbed with its glass surface, remembering to remove any hooks from the binder clips. Place the second thick cork mat, which should fill gaps between the hotbed and printed parts. You can also cut another square of cork, measuring 25.4 mm, from the thick mat. When your printer is warming up, cover the hotbed with this piece of cork. This will help the heatbed reach its proper temperature more quickly. Remarks: You may need to add holes in the second thin cork mat for small binder clips only. In OpenSCAD, there's a variable called latchOffset. I'm not sure if it's set correctly, though. Without it, you might have to use sandpaper to widen the space. I also printed without the "wireHoleDiameter" variable and had to drill a hole for wires using a driller-driver.
