This alignment system is designed for use with a heatbed measuring 200 x 200 mm². It makes it easy for operators to adjust the height of the heatbed from below, allowing them to fine-tune their setup. An Allen key access hole on the bottom side of the plate-clamps provides quick and convenient adjustments. The design utilizes M4 DIN912 screws for height alignment, while frame rods secured with M3 DIN912 screws hold the heatbed firmly in place. This system also features clamp fixation on a ground plate, ensuring everything stays stable during use. Don't forget to purchase springs that fit into the endholders, which are essential for securing the heatbed in place. To make height adjustments, you'll need some groove-nuts – I've specifically designed the endcaps to work seamlessly with cheap aluminum profile type B groove nuts and M4 nuts as stated earlier.
