Steam is very effective in managing eyelid infections. This little flue controls the application. It has vents around where it sits on a cup (with hot water) to support steady convective airflow as the hot steam draws up air from the outside. Designed for 85mm mugs (or smaller). The ocular aperture is standard 30x50mm.
