Test the ideal temperature range of 190c-235c for your filament to achieve optimal results. Create a thin wall test that can be easily broken down to pinpoint the perfect welding team settings. If you're unable to successfully print a thin wall, adjust the printer settings to enable printing thin walls. In Simplify3D, navigate to FFF Setup > Advanced > External Thin Wall Types and select "Allow single extrusion walls" for optimal performance.
