To make it easier to insert and take out the tips for heat set inserts, I increased the clearance and width of the slot openings.I also modified the two soldering iron tip slots, making the sides thinner and more flexible. I don't want these to move around, so clearance is unchanged.The clearances are parametric, but the slot opening width was adjusted by playing around with fillets until they had roughly the desired dimensions.By the way, this is what I measured the tip diameters to be:M8: 9.45mmM6: 7.95mmM5: 6.45mmM4: 6.45mmM3: 6.45mmM2.X: 6.45mmApologies if I confused terms clearance and tolerance.
