The original design's roller plate was far too loose on my Oozenest 2020 aluminium profile. It was not possible to eliminate the play with creative tightening of the fasteners, so I reworked the step file to remove a 1mm slice from the middle of the plate, then I rebored the holes which were mangled. Now moves as intended.
