This is a custom-made cable housing or hydraulic line guide designed specifically for bicycles. It's engineered to be heat-fit to the bike frame to ensure a precise fit around the tube diameter. The guide is compatible with 5mm hydraulic lines but can likely accommodate other diameters due to its open-ended design. The outer two holes are strategically positioned for securing the guide to the bike frame using zip-ties, while the middle hole serves as an anchor point for the housing or line. However, depending on how tightly the zip-ties are secured, the guide may still slide slightly along the frame. To address this issue, a rubber backing or a small application of hot glue can be used to increase friction and maintain its position in place.
