Heat exchanger for Heliostat

This is a heat exchanger I designed and built for use with a Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) / Heliostat to heat water. For scale, note that the diameter of this exchanger measures 4.500 inches in diameter. Visible in the photos are a valve connected to the outlet port as well as two black plugs, which were installed solely to facilitate pressure testing of the o-rings prior to their removal. The ports intended for thermocouples will be used to measure temperatures on the inlet, outlet and face of the exchanger.
