A dual heat exchange system is being constructed and set for completion in 2016. Its purpose is to cool the town using a dry cooler generator system. In case the air temperature rises above 25 degrees Celsius, an additional 175 kW secondary heat exchange will be employed as supplementary cooling assistance.
