Wall ventilator with integrated heat/cold recovery system. Additional unit can be used as passive humidity stopper (see below). UPGRADE: Window Mount System Ensure you have access to drill hole. For concrete wall, special machine and cutting tool are required; for brick wall, regular carbide hole-saw and strong drill machine will suffice - hole must be at least 125mm. Install air vent tube (125mm x 2mm) in the wall. Repair hole inside and outside - ensure you have easy access for this operation. Secure parts to the wall using 8-10mm concrete/brick dowel pins and D3.9mm screws; ensure you have easy access for this operation. If building has exterior isolation, use longer screws so dowel pins are secured into the wall. Install OUT TUBE with OUT COVER BASE from outside, IN TUBE with IN COVER BASE from inside - work thread until unit is secure. Do not overtighten! Ensure unit is in desired position. Mark dowel pin holes. Remove parts; drill and install dowel pins. Reinstall same parts. Secure OUT COVER BASE and OUT TUBE with 3.9mm countersink screws. Install OUT COVER. If unable to secure out parts to the wall using screws, it's okay - ensure unit is tight when making final assembly...and...it will do! Secure IN COVER BASE with 3.9mm countersink screws. Remove IN TUBE and install all filters - HEPA and GLASS. Reinstall IN TUBE. Secure IN TUBE with 3.9mm countersink screws. Install FAN ADAPTER, FANS, and IN COVER. Installation is complete! Hopefully you do not mount this unit in a place that you will bump into it all the time! All parts are checked for naked edges or errors - therefore...all are going to be printable! If design is good or if parts fit...that's another story! Design to print without support...mostly...except for parts that need support. By Costa
