Thank you, FollowMeOn, for the fantastic Animated Heart Valentine design! I'm thrilled to see that there's plenty of room in the heart box, which gives me the perfect opportunity to add a microswitch, a CR2032 battery, and a white LED. With the outer two switch contacts, it functions as a normally closed switch that opens when the crank is fully down. The switch fits neatly into the slot on the bottom of the heart box, while the LED glides smoothly into the little ring on one of the inner pillars with just a friction fit. To secure the switch from the bottom side, I can use a dab of superglue or hot glue through the open hole. For assembly instructions, be sure to check out zatoichi's make.
