Here are the steps I used:I created a small empty image and then added the text I wanted. I've included the image I used, which you can import to the picture editing app of your choice to customize your text.I loaded the heart model into curaI noted the z height of the model.I imported my image into the project, Here is a useful video about the basics of adding text images, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfnBb830kFgWith the image selected in cura I  unchecked the setting to snap the model to the bottom. I set the images z height to be the same as the heart modelsI moved the image to where I wanted it on the model.Slice and print
