Heart shaped plant tag

I'm creating simple heart-shaped tags with my mother's request in mind, specifically for the planters she's giving out at my cousin's bridal shower. The ones I've printed so far include names and the wedding date, but they're not particularly useful for anyone else, so I've uploaded a blank template instead. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of my prints to share, since I already gave them away before I could take photos.
