Heart Pendant

<p>I was trying to make something cute for my girlfriend but I didn't want to seem cheap by using plastic an just print it. So I got this file from GrabCad By a User called <a href="https://grabcad.com/milan.bojic-3">Milan Bojic</a> and modified it to be able to make to print the pedant and then cast it out of Metal.</p><p>Here you will find my variant of his design without the small hook both as .stl and .sldprt in case you'd like to modify yourself.</p><p>For the original .sldprt file you'll have to get it <a href="https://grabcad.com/library/heart-pendant-4">Here</a> as I am not trying to steal anyone's work.</p><p>After printing I just pressed the piece in some sand and poured molten metal on it (A Copper Alloy called <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordic_Gold">Nordic Gold</a>) and then deburred and Polished it to make it look nice</p><p>Printing: I used Brown PLA and silk gold PLA and printed it on an Anycubic Mega X with a 0.3 mm Nozzle and at 20% it's size.</p><p>Casting: I printed a multitude of hearts and cast them using a copper alloy called <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nordic_Gold">Nordic Gold</a>, After deburring and polishing with a dremel 4000 I drilled a 1,75 mm hole onthe side and slid a silver ring through it to attach it to a chain.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>P.S.</p><p>I did not ask for permission to post this to the original creator of the pendant, since I remixed it I didn't think it was necessary to ask and quite frankly didn't want to bother him.</p>
