I spent five unforgettable years in Fife, an experience that left an indelible mark on me. I can confidently attest to the fact that leaving Scotland may be possible, but it never truly leaves your system. Even today, I still often find myself reverting to a Scottish brogue when expressing my frustration - and there's simply no better accent in which to curse.
