Saw a heart-shaped gem on GrabCad by https://grabcad.com/taras.s/. Liked it but wanted something more flat so I modified the file. Printed using spiral mode as a single layer wide and 0% infill with translucent red PLA. Still need to tweak the settings a little for better prints. If you make and use this, please share pictures.
