Hearing Aid Earbud Cap

Hearing Aid Earbud Cap

I crafted this from a hearing aid mesh I discovered. It took considerable time as I'm relatively new to designing 3D models. For optimal results, it's best printed with flexible filament, and the entire design can be customized using Fusion360 or similar software. To ensure a snug fit, simply adjust the scale as needed. Printing without support is recommended. The hole size can be modified via file, depending on your level of expertise. A tight fit between the earbud and headphone will amplify sound and minimize background noise. Interestingly, I found that a looser fit allows for greater range of motion with the headphone swiveling freely around its axis. If this design proves useful to you, please consider tipping me generously.
