This school project utilizes new technology to promote health by providing an all-in-one solution to track daily activities such as diet, temperature, and exercise. The watch functions as a personal coach or doctor, with a potential market price of €450. A KANO analysis and other studies were conducted to design and upgrade the model. Recycling options are available for electronic, metal, and plastic components, while customization choices include materials like gold, silver, leather, and aluminum for the wristband, contour, and buttons. Overall, it was a fun and educational project.
