This is a professional-grade model of a Sport Resort Complex designed by a skilled architect. Dimensions: 300m * 500m Units used: Centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is ideal for various applications, including real-time and game use in Unity and UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architectural building models. Building: 410.552 polygons / 232.849 vertices Landscape: 118.366 polygons / 99.132 vertices GEOMETRY The model's mesh boasts high-quality edges with a clean flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons to ensure accuracy. The low-poly mesh allows for easy addition of details or editing of geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them. Shell Modifier is applied but disabled for glass objects.
