Headsman's Chess
thingiverse
Headsman's Chess (Version 1.0): This game is played like regular chess, but with unique rules. Each player starts with a "Headsman" piece, which replaces the head of a pawn. The Headsman moves and captures like a king but has pawn status. Upon capture, the captured piece's head can be swapped onto any adjacent piece (friend or foe), transforming it into the captured type. Even the Headsman can be captured and have its head transferred. In addition to gameplay, the pieces are designed using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://tinkercad.com/things/cK6xZm032Ne. The heads are printable separately from the bodies, making them modular for easy head swapping between pieces.
