Print speed and volumic flow rate is quite low in default Prusaslicer, so I reduced 'Slow down if layer print time is below:' from 20 to 8 seconds.

External dimensions: 50 x 25 x30mm (width x height x thickness)
Support area: 47 x 24mm curvation radius r=130mm
Mounting holes: Ø4.5mm. 30mm seperated from each other.
Use ball head screws with max head diameter Ø9.5mm.
Designed with Sony WH-CH500 headphone (bluetooth) in mind.
This is a relatively small and light-weight headphone, no need for a big and heavy wall mount.
Designed in Fusion 360.
