With 2 mounting holes Ø4.5mm.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p><strong>Slicer settings</strong><br/> Printed in PLA (black)<br/> 0.2mm layer height<br/> 2 perimeters<br/> 5 top, 4 bottom layers<br/> 15% cubic infill<br/> 5mm brim<br/> Support activated for overhangs</p> <p>Print speed and volumic flow rate is quite low in default Prusaslicer, so I reduced 'Slow down if layer print time is below:' from 20 to 8 seconds.</p> <p><strong>Basic dimensions</strong><br/> External dimensions: 50 x 25 x30mm (width x height x thickness)<br/> Support area: 47 x 24mm curvation radius r=130mm<br/> Mounting holes: Ø4.5mm. 30mm seperated from each other.<br/> Use ball head screws with max head diameter Ø9.5mm.</p> <p>Designed with Sony WH-CH500 headphone (bluetooth) in mind.<br/> This is a relatively small and light-weight headphone, no need for a big and heavy wall mount.<br/> Designed in Fusion 360.</p>
