Headset Stand (Gaming Look)

I created this custom headset stand for my Facebook community, Gamer Community Germany. It features the GCg logo and an optional blank version of the base where you can place your own 3D-printed logo. The headset stand consists of four parts plus an additional blank base. The Base: There are two versions available: one with the GCg logo and a blank version. To assemble the base, use supports to ensure stability. I accidentally printed it without supports, but it still worked. However, you may need to file the part slightly to fit the pillar perfectly. A 0.2mm resolution is sufficient, but printing at 0.12mm will produce a better-looking base that takes around 6-7 hours to print. Use an infill of 20-30% as desired. The Pillar: This part may require rotation to fit on your 3D printer bed. To ensure stability, use supports and consider adding brim if you experience adhesion issues with the support lines. A 0.2mm resolution is sufficient for printing the pillar. You may need to file the top edges slightly to improve the fit into the top part. The Top Part: I recommend printing it with brim and supports as shown in the pictures above. Use a 0.2mm resolution for optimal results. The GCg Logo: No supports are needed, allowing you to print it with any desired color. You can also experiment with different colors as seen in the provided pictures. To assemble the headset stand, apply super glue to all parts and let them bond together. I prefer Yuki Model Super Glue (medium viscosity) for this purpose. For added protection and grip, consider pimping the base with self-adhesive rubber or applying self-adhesive velours foil to the top part using DC-Fix.
