I designed a simple and easy-to-use Headphone Hanger that fits perfectly on a 25mm thick desk. The 'hook' can hold headphones with a width of up to 5.5cm. To print it, simply lay the design on its side and consider using a brim for best results. I've also uploaded a .step file so you can customize it to fit your preferred desk thicknesses.
