I needed to secure a headphone holder to my shelf and created one tailored specifically for a "tesa powerstrips" adhesive pad, which are extremely common in Germany and work incredibly well. I'm aware that rolling the cord like shown in the photo is not ideal, but I still do it this way. To eliminate the need to fold the cord into a loop, the cable end can be clipped directly into the holder.
