Headset Charging Station

Headset Charging Station

This is a holder/charging station for a Bluetooth in-ear headset. The station holds the end of a magnetic USB connector. The headset can rest on the station in two different places. In charging mode, the headset "sticks" onto the end of the connector. In "ready" mode, the rests in the cradle above the connector. The station can be mounted horizontally or vertically. With regards to the photos, I plugged the USB cable into one of my monitor's USB ports. I placed the charging station on top of the monitor and routed the 1ft cable up to it. To prevent the cable from getting in the way, I added the "corner bender" to guide the cable around the edge of the monitor. Some double-sided foam tape would anchor the thing nicely. Sticking the station to the side of the monitor in a vertical configuration would also work. I designed this for the specific items below, but I imagine it could be modified for other similar items, using the included FreeCAD file. Headset (Honshoop): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07S8RWQ8N USB Magnetic Cable (NetDot Gen 12): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QCTBGSR I created the holder in FreeCAD and the headset model in Blender. I don't think FreeCAD can load reference photos and the complex shapes are easier in Blender, at least for me.
