Spacers for Staples Hyken chair, needs two M6 screws and two M6 nuts for installation (in addition to the 2 screws used to secure headrest originally). The M6 screws should be between M6x22mm and M6x30mm With the large spacer installed the headrest is raised by about 3cm, and moved back by about 4cm. With the small spacer installed the headrest is raised by about 1.7cm, and moved back by about 2.5cm (1inch). I recommend vertical printing orientation, like shown in the thumbnail pictures. I used 3mm wall thickness and 30 % infill, print is very sturdy and has no give when in use. Thinner walls and lower infill is probably fine too, but reinforcing sections near screw holes is recommended.
