This mounting platform is designed specifically for your vehicle's headrest bar. You can easily attach different devices, such as a small 10" LED TV, by installing them directly onto the mount. To assemble the mount, simply print two mounting brackets and one custom-made device holder. Using three M6x30 screws, you'll be able to secure the pieces together quickly and efficiently. The mounting brackets are designed for headrest bars with a diameter of 10mm. However, thicker bars may also work without any issues. I've created multiple device holders to accommodate various devices. Each one has its own unique features: Dev.holder_1 (10° angle) - Perfectly suited for the 'Reflexion LED1014DV' due to its adjustable angle. Dev.holder_2 (10° angle) - A compact holder without mounting holes, measuring 110x50mm in size. Dev.holder_3 (0° angle) - Equipped with mounting holes and measures 141x141mm in size. Print Settings: Rafts: Completely Optional Supports: Not Required Resolution: Set to 0.2mm for precise prints Infill: Opt for an infill percentage between 30-50% based on the weight of your device. Notes: This mount was printed using PLA with an optimal infill range between 30-50%.
