I built this to fix an issue I was experiencing, so I decided to share it with you. Take a look at this video http://youtu.be/yPEGOPXa0PA. Here are the steps to assemble your headphone wall mount. First, use 1/8 inch screws. The ones shown in the image are actually toggle bolts that can be purchased here: http://amzn.to/1w9QdZ3. While they're pricier than screws, they work exceptionally well with drywall. This design requires no additional support; I printed it with a 30% infill and a .3mm layer height if you'd like to replicate the results. Feel free to ask any questions. Additionally, if you're using a Printrbot Metal as I did, remember to turn skirt off. In my case, when I used skirt during printing, it caused my printer to overstretch and grind on the gear. I'm currently using Cura for slicing. If anyone has a solution to this problem, please let me know.
