Headphones Wall Holder

This wall holder is designed to hold headphones comfortably and stably.

Key Dimensions

The holding area measures 44.00 mm which is the maximum width (i.e. the distance from back to front) of the top of the headphones while letting them remaining totally horizontal; wider headphones could work either by scaling the part or by just angling them slightly.

The front lip is 24.00 mm high.

Non-Print Materials Required

This part is designed to be mounted with a single 3M Command Large Picture Hanging Strips (16 lbs) along its back. In the event you have an incredibly heavy industrial set of headphones which exceeds the 16 lbs rating (which I don't think exists) you could scale the part to be twice as wide and then double the number of command strips to roughly double the carrying capacity.

Printing Advice

I printed this with 0.15 mm layer height and with a high-strength (6 perimeters) variant of the Quality preset. Given that typical headphones aren't all that heavy I expect the number of perimeters could be reduced to 4 (or even the default of 2) and it would still hold up, so if you're wanting to conserve filament that may be one way – just test the result to be sure.
