After using my Sennheiser HDR 170 for about a year or two, it had become loose to the point where it almost fell off my head, requiring an urgent solution. To address this issue, I created a headphone stiffener that has effectively revitalized its performance. 100% infill PLA black was used in its fabrication, ensuring exceptional durability and stability. The nozzle size of 0.4mm and step resolution of 0.2mm were carefully selected to achieve the optimal balance between detail and structural integrity. To prevent any accidental damage during installation, I employed Tyrap cables as a precautionary measure. The results have been nothing short of remarkable, with my headphones now fitting better than they did when they were brand new.
