The holder can be used alone if you scale it to the right size to fit your desk, but if you want a firmer grip you scale it just to the right size so the ledge can press it in placeThis can take a bit of trial and error but the final result will be worth itThis is a work in progress, I will provide more detailed information about this in the futureP.S. I made this to practice making 3d prints with an over-center mechanism. I am still experimenting with the best offsets and materials to make a firm grip and not break the part (as you can see I folded paper to find the best grip :D)
