Added a band-curved support to avoid holder imprint into the band leather. The band arch follows the headband and is wide enough so that there is no mark even after long time. This particular STL is for 190mm case (190 spec but 191 with side panel, likely), can be easily resized to different one. Headphones band width is maximum 45mm, can be rescaled, accounts for 105x20 arc section. No glue necessary for assembly, hammering the parts together sticks well enough. There are holes for 2x4 neodymium magnets to help it stay in place, but the thing holds reasonably by itself so the magnets are optional (I put in just six so it does not slide around). Holes are free, you can ignore them.
