Simple headphones wall mount with hidden screws.

Print instructions

I would recommend you to use some strong filament but even PLA is strong enough. Also to make holder more durable use 3D honeycomb infill on 30% or gyroid on 40%.

The model is designed to hold on to two holes on edges (top and bottom). If you want it to hold a lot of weight use also a hole in the middle (which is located in the rotation axis).

Mounting:

Put screws in the place where you want to hang this holder, with size and gap between them as shown on the fourth image (the diameter of screw head is 8 mm, the gap between the centers of the screws is 36 mm). Put the slightly turned holder on screws and turn it the other way as much as you can. Then you have to put the holder in the home positions and after it let the holder "fall" into the final position (if it wont fit use a little bit of force or grind down edges of screws). You will see that the holder will be around 8 mm lower so remember it when preparing screws. When using the middle hole, the mounting is same because center of middle screw is also the rotation axis of this mounting system.
