Headphones Desk Holder/clamp
thingiverse
I've been putting off uploading my designs until I can get some top-notch photos and write detailed descriptions to go along with them. Now, I'm starting to realize that I'll never have the time to do it right, so I'm going to just upload what I already printed and tested - taking a chance on your questions as best I can. This is an office headphone holder designed specifically for Corsair VOID Pro, but it should work for any headphones. I spent a lot of time perfecting the curve to avoid leaving any marks on the headband pad. A previous version with only P1, P2 and 2x Screw kept slipping from the smooth metal that the screws were trying to hold onto. So I added inner brackets called HolderL and HolderR, which wedge between the glass and the metal, and the screws hold them in place so the whole design doesn't slip out with use. Print two copies of the screw file! The orientation in the STL file(s) and image(s) is wrong (except for P2). Print it as you see fit. The orientation I used is described in the print settings section below. I've included the original Fusion 360 file.
