Headphone Stand - Vertical print
thingiverse
Modified the headphone stand design to enable vertical printing without supports. Also optimized it to fit perfectly within the build area of the Cetus3D Extended printer. The width has been reduced by 18% (feet spread), increased in length by 5%, and height by 25%. Latest version prints exceptionally well at a layer height of .2mm/200 micron. It will print at lower resolutions, but may exhibit some roughness on the bottom surface of the central bridge. Removing the Work in Progress tag as it is now ready for use. However, if any issues arise, they can be addressed promptly. Print Settings: Printer: Cetus3D Extended Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 200 micron Infill: 20% Notes: The central bridge area showed some roughness, which could have been due to printing at a high temperature of 215 degrees, layer height of 250 micron, and print speed of 70mm/s.
