I Designed A Custom Headphone Stand For My Gaming Headset The stand I created fits perfectly with my Gamecom 788 gaming headset, which has a padded headband measuring 40mm wide. To assemble the two parts without using glue, make sure they fit snugly together. If necessary, file off the tops of the strips in the holes to achieve a secure connection. A friend suggested adding LED lighting to the headphone stand, and I've updated my design to accommodate this feature. The new base file, "Base LED Updated," allows for a 10cm LED strip to be installed inside the base in a U-shape. Other types of LEDs may also work with this setup. To ensure proper ventilation, use low-powered LEDs that don't generate excessive heat. The updated base part can be used with or without LED lighting.
