I designed a headphone holder in Fusion 360, drawing inspiration from this: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-headphone-holder-for-phanteks-eclipse-pc-case-78232 It wasn't intended for my specific case, though. My design consists of two pieces that snap together with friction. No support is required during printing and I achieved the best results by having the grill face upwards.
