Headphone stand - Facehugger
thingiverse
Inspired by Suraki's design on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:910601), I created my own headphone stand with a more regular and industrial look that fits all types of headphones. During the design process, I noticed it resembled a facehugger from the movie Alien. Print Settings: Supports: None Notes: No support is needed; only the base requires 25mm of bridging, which should be manageable without support. Use a large brim for the "rest". Post-Printing: Assemble the stand by using superglue on self-centering connection joints. Attach the six "feet" to the base, then attach the two "arms" to the base, followed by attaching the "pin" to the "arms," and finally, attach the "rest" to the pin.
