A headset stand (aka "The Duck") was created for individuals with smaller print beds. Instead of printing the entire stand in one piece, this design uses six pieces that fit together using interlocking blocks and glue. The longest diagonal, found on the wings, measures 186mm. This stand was built specifically for the Corsair Void headset while it is plugged into a USB charger. However, the clearance is such that most headphones should work. Update: After using this headphone stand for some time, I noticed that cushioned headphones started to become dented where they contacted the headphone rest. To address this issue, a wide version of the headphone rest was created to spread out the weight more evenly. If you haven't glued the headphone rest on yet, you can simply swap it out with the new wide version. Please check out the printing instructions as they have some slight variations. Disclaimer: I've tested this stand on my own wireless headsets, which are over 2lbs in weight. Nevertheless, I won't be held responsible for any damage to headsets if the headset and/or stand breaks. Although I've never experienced a break even with constant usage. Print Settings: Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer: Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10 Notes: Here are my recommendations for a good solid print. Headphone rest (Choose one): Regular: Print it on its side with supports for the two connecting blocks to ensure the side of the rest is smooth and prevents abrasive contact with the headphones. Wide: Print the wide rest vertically with the 2 prongs facing up. You will need supports for the V-notch between the two prongs, but you won't need any other supports on the rest piece. However, I printed all supports during testing, and it came out just fine with some tiny blemishes where the supports got in the way. Bottom+Top neck: Print these pieces in a different color for style! Print them on their side to ensure structural integrity. If you print them vertically, the piece will not be as strong. You'll need supports for the block connections. Neck support: Print this piece on its side with supports for the block connections. Wings: Print these so that the long side is exactly parallel to the long axis of your printer. This ensures structural integrity and makes it look nice! You'll need supports for the block connectors. Word to the wise: The tip of the wings may want to bend upward as they cool down, so make sure you have a good attachment surface to prevent this. Assembly: All block connectors will be very tight. This is on purpose! You may need to use a cutting tool or sandpaper to trim down the part of the connector blocks that attach to the supports. On a perfect fit, it should almost snap into place. Use superglue to ensure the wings don't come apart. However, I advise gluing the entire model together. Use your judgment based on the precision of the print.
