The gap is quite tight, but once assembled, it holds firmly without needing any glue. Print Settings Printer: Rebel 2 Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None required Resolution: 0.3 mm Infill: Set at 10%, though it might be possible to go even lower and achieve a similar result. Notes: Material: PLA The infill setting may be adjusted downward further, but this has yet to be tested. The printer consumes a significant amount of filament during the printing process.
