I am guessing others have done this, but I took the time, so I thought I'd share the modified version with you. The original is great, but I was worried about support and bed space issues. This printed perfectly the first time with the Prusa PLA that came with my MK2 printer. You will need to sand down slightly the pegs to get the two parts together and I recommend using CA Glue for a strong bond. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Mk2 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25 How I Designed This Model I used TinkerCad to create the design. Orientation of the pegs was critical. Copying the primary model into two separate files after creating a very thin horizontal slicer was essential. Then it was just a matter of taking time to align up the pegs and use the inverse "holes" from the pegs to divide this model into two parts with precision.
