Headphone shell with magnetic lock

Small container for holding earbuds securely in place, ideal for carrying in-ear headphones such as the Etymotic HF5 model. The locking mechanism relies on magnetic forces, utilizing two sets of magnets with opposing polarities to ensure a secure shut. However, when twisting the lid, it tends to pop open due to inadequate pressure retention. The design accommodates four small neodymium magnets, each measuring 5 mm in diameter and length, which can be easily sourced from most suppliers. These magnets require no adhesive for attachment, simplifying the assembly process. An OpenSCAD file is included, providing a detailed blueprint for fabricating the container.
