Headphone Shelf Hanger

Headphone Shelf Hanger

I required a device to prop up my headset and declutter my workspace. This gadget appears to be just what I needed! The gap is designed to match the 2cm thickness of my specific shelves, but the screw can extend that distance to fit 1.25cm thick surfaces if necessary. My major breakthrough was figuring out how to print this object without excessive supports - the accompanying CURA screenshots show what I learned: Print it upright. My customized Ender 3 with a fan shroud is capable of bridging shallow overhangs and screw holes, so I added two CURA support blockers at key points. As a result, I only need one tree support from the build plate. To secure the screw, I applied a drop of Shoe Goo (allowed it to dry) or an adhesive rubber disc on its end, and it holds firmly in place.
