This is a basic headphone hook that clips on a LG Monitor 24BK750Y. This monitor has a little lip around the screen that allows for a hook up. The hook clips over the top of the screen and the headphone rests on the back of it. I have created another hook that clips on the side of the monitor (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5208376). Both need double sided tape to keep them in place otherwise they will come off every time you remove the headphone.
